Monday  and Tuesday: 10am - 7pm in El Monte

and Wednesday-Friday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm  in Brentwood

Saturdays by Appointment Only

We offer services in English, Mandarin, Spanish and  French

Payment and Insurance

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, debit cards, local checks, and cash. Payment plans are available for certain clients upon request.  We accept payment from Health Savings accounts as well.

All PPO insurance claims will be submitted to your health insurance company.

PPO Insurance Only: please call for more details  or fax front and back of your insurance card and birth date to:  Fax for El Monte: 310 356-4781 and for Brentwood: 888 234-4002.

Please contact us if you have any questions about payment options. If you have Blue Cross or Medicare then comprehensive  lab testing is usually covered 100%.
