Ingredients: Salmon filets, Thai basil, olive oil, mint leaves, lime juice, soy sauce (for high blood pressure substitute sea salt), unsweetened yogurt, and Dark Agave nectar.
If tomato is desired can add fresh tomatoes or sun dried tomatoes and garlic. Season w/sea salt and pepper, thyme, oregano, and fresh basil.
Ingredients: Saghetti squash, avocado, cilantro, pine nuts, olive oil, gariic sun dried tomatoes or fresh tomatoes, lime juice, sea salt, peppar, oregano, thyme and basil.
1.Squash: oven roast or raw. Scoop out spaghetti. Plate it.
2. Sauce: in cuisinart add avocado, cilantro, pine nuts, olive oil, tomtoes water to consistancy, and small amount of lime juice. You should be able to pour it on spaghetti.
This can be served with almond nut butter or fesh organic peanut butter on celery or carrot sticks or as an appetizer for hungary kids.

Ingredients: sunflower seeds and almonds, dates and carob powder.
1. Crust: sunflower seeds and almonds, dates or raisins and carob powder, blend in cuisine art until smooth line a pie tin.
2. Pie filling: In a bowel mix Fresh berries and or peaches and or nectarines. Cut and dice into 1 inch squares: sprinkle with little cinnamon and or lavender, raw unfiltered honey (preferably with pollen), lemon juice. Sprinkle raw coconut on top just before eating.
Fill pie crusts let sit in fridge for 1 hr before eating.
