Not all products are available for return. These include probiotics, food bars, special order items. No services or treatments rendered at the time of service or treatment are available for refund.

We do not guarantee that you will get any results from any product sold on this site. Every individual is different and can respond differently for a wide variety of reasons. We strive to bring you the very best of what is currently available but rely on you to make your own choice of what to try. Since we do not guarantee the results from any product we do not offer a refund if you do not get the results you are looking for.

To return a product you must follow these guidelines.

1. We have a 15 day return policy
2. You must get a return authorization. No returns accepted without authorization.
3. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items plus shipping cost.
4. All Items must be unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
5. We will provide the shipping address with authorization.
