PectaSol® Detox Complete™ is produced under conditions that meet or exceed good manufacturing practices (cGMP) as defined by the FDA. Every batch of PDC is thoroughly tested to ensure no microbiological or heavy metal contamination is present.
Heavy metals have been shown to disrupt the normal functioning of all the systems in the body including the nervous, immune and cardiovascular systems. They exert toxic effects by binding to sulfur containing groups on proteins and disrupting protein function.

Heavy metal detoxification is supported by providing the

Cilantro binds both inorganic and organic forms of mercury.[5] There is some evidence that post treatment with cilantro may reduce mercury deposits in the body.*[6] Cilantro is also protective against lead poisoning.*[7]
GSH (glutathione), MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), cysteine,
NAC (N-acetyl cysteine), and LA (alpha-lipoic acid) are thiol
containing compounds with important roles in detoxification.
These sulfur containing compounds are known to chelate
heavy metals, quench radicals, and serve as substrates for
