Return Policy For Purchases Directly From Heartfelt Medicine
Customers are entitled to the highest quality products delivered from
Dr. Dana Churchill's office. All attempts will be made to ensure satisfaction
with product, but a returned product to Heartfelt Medicine will not be reimbursed.
In the event that a customer purchases the wrong product(s), Heartfelt Medicine
will provide store credit for an exchange. Exchanges must take place within
30 days of the initial receipt of purchased product, and may occur only once.
Heartfelt Medicine accepts the transaction fee.
Billing Adjustments
Price Changes: If a products price changes on the Heartfelt Medicine website,
Heartfelt Medicine cannot make an adjustment to a customer's bill. Short term
promotions or sales may occur without notice to customers, and Heartfelt Medicine
's pricing is subject to change.
