Transaction Policy for Purchases from Heartfelt Medicine

All orders are received and shipped out within 2-3 business days after the time of purchase. An e-mail is sent to your e-mail account confirming your order. Please give an appropriate amount of time for e-mail to arrive. If at any time you feel an error was made in the order or if the e-mail is not received (within 24 hours of purchase), contact us directly and we will ensure the order is adjusted and or the e-mail is delivered.
